Shipping & Returns

Free shipping is only available to U.S. addresses within the continental U.S. (the lower 48). Your order must total $100.00 or more to qualify for free shipping. Additional (non-refundable) shipping charges will apply to all orders that need to ship internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii.

Our policy of not charging sales tax only applies to U.S. orders. (IL residents must pay 7% sales tax) International orders may face applicable local and international taxes.

Some of our mattresses are made only after you order and can take extra time before they ship. Learn more here.

In order to keep our prices low, we can only offer free shipping on the items you keep. Any returns not covered by our 90-night sleep guarantee will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. (This includes all pillows, bedding, toppers, protectors and miscellaneous products.)

If you choose an upgraded shipping option, for example expedited speed or white-glove, the upgrades are non-refundable. In the event you must return your mattress, we will refund the cost of the mattress less the full cost of the upgraded shipping.

Refusal of Shipment Policy

Once an order has been confirmed you have 24 hours to cancel. If a product is damaged the customer can refuse shipment and avoid any shipping charges associated with delivery. If a customer refuses shipment on a non-damaged delivery, it is the CUSTOMERS obligation to pay for shipping both ways.

Inspection of Shipment Policy

Most of our orders ship via UPS or FedEx but some ship vie freight carrier. In the case of a freight shipment it is important that you are present on the appointed day to receive the shipment. It is also important that you fully inspect the shipment while the driver remains present. Any damage must be noted immediately and the shipment must be refused if there appears to be significant product damaged. Especially in the case of freight, if you accept the shipment, then we have fewer options available to us to help you.
