120-Night Sofa Sleeper Mattress Guarantee

Purchase a new eco-friendly memory foam sleeper sofa mattress and sleep sound with our 120-night sleep guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your new bed simply return it and receive your money back.

You must keep our bed for a 30 day trial period and return the bed within 120 days of the date of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.

Sofa Bed Mattress or RV / Motor Coach mattress must be returned in new condition free of any wear, dirt or stains. Mattress must be shipped back wrapped in plastic and cardboard for protection.

Exceptions: 120-night in-home trial is only applicable to standard sized memory foam beds. Select-A-Size, Cut Corner, rounded corner or otherwise CUSTOM beds are not eligible for the 120-night sleep trial. Airbeds and air mattresses are not eligible for guarantee or return. The Air Dream is not covered by the 120 night in home trial. Other mattresses may be covered by our 90-night trial.

Hospitality Exemption: Any mattress that is purchased and used in any comercial setting is not eligible for guarantee, warranty, return or exchange. All commercial sales are final. Please contact us with any questions or to receive a custom price quote.

Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made immediately after placing the order. If a cancellation request is not received within 24 hours of the time the order was placed, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

Custom orders, once placed, have a 24 hour cancellation window, after that time the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned.
